Mechanical Properties
- Dimensions are manufactured in accordance with highways standards.
- Traffic Warning Trailer closed dimensions are 1500x3000xh2000mm (can be manufactured in different sizes upon request)
- Traffic Warning Trailer The transmitter has an open height of 4000mm.
- Profiles are used, static calculations are made and wind strength calculations and carrier contraction calculations are made with all adverse conditions in mind.
- The axle system is set with the empty and full calculations of the trailer. The axles used are not composed of flat profile and pontoon but have suspension feature with torsion system.
- The towing hitch used in the trailer is certified in accordance with the non-motor vehicles regulation.
- Traffic Warning There is a jockey wheel at the front of the trailer which allows the vehicle to move independently.
- There are 2 jacks at the rear for fixing the traffic warning trailer to the working part.
- The trailer signal transmitter lifting drive system is made by handwheels and amartisors with 1700N power. (Optionally, automatic lifting can be done with hydraulic or electric actuator.)
- The signs on the traffic warning trailer are made of type 4 reflective material conforming to the highways standards.
Electrical Properties;
- Traffic Warning Trailers are manufactured as standard 12V and can be manufactured as 24V upon request.
- Battery used 12V 60Ah as standard (72Ah or 90Ah also available on request)
- 15 pieces 200mm yellow and 2 300mm white flashing lamps on the trailer.
- There are 15 power LEDs in 3W. - There are 21 power LEDs in 3W.
- The casing lamp body and the windows are made of polycarbonate.
- Flashing lamps and control box IP67 sealing feature.

- Traffic Warning Trailers can be manufactured as optional Solar Powered.
- Traffic warning trailers can be set up on demand.
- Traffic Warning Trailer The transmitter part can be made with a single button with automatic lifting system upon request. - Work area lighting projections can be added to Traffic Warning Trailers and the same product can be used both for driving traffic and working area lighting.
