TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Mechanical Properties

- Dimensions are manufactured in accordance with highway standards.

- Traffic Warning Trailer closed dimensions are 2000x4000xh2000mm (can be manufactured in different sizes on request)

- Traffic Warning Trailer Signal transmitter open height is 4000mm.

- The profiles used, static calculations have been made, and wind resistance calculations and load-bearing construction calculations are made considering all adverse conditions.

- It is produced as galvanized or electrostatic painted upon request.

- The axle system has been adjusted considering the trailer empty and full calculations. The axles used do not consist of flat profiles and hubs, but are suspended with torsion or scissors system.

- The tow bar used in the trailer is e certified in accordance with the regulation on non-motor vehicles.

- There is a jockey wheel at the front of the Traffic Warning Trailer that allows it to move independently from the vehicle.

Electrical Properties;



- Traffic Warning Trailers are manufactured as 12V as standard and can be manufactured as 24V upon request.

- Used Accumulator 12V 200Ah as standard

- There are 25 pieces of 200mm yellow and 2 pieces of 300mm white flashing lights on the trailer.

- There are 15 power LEDs of 3w in the yellow flashing lamps.

- There are 21 power LEDs of 3w in white flashing lamps.

- Strobe light body and glasses are made of polycarbon material.

- Strobe lights and control box have IP67 sealing feature.

- The system control card is microcontroller based. Trailer battery status malfunction, etc. via the Led Display. statuses can be displayed.



Warranty;



The Traffic Warning Trailers we have produced are under our guarantee for 1 year for the electronic part against manufacturing defects and for 2 years for the mechanical part.



Optional Features;



- Traffic Warning Trailers can be manufactured with Solar Energy optionally.



- Upon request, a camera recording and remote monitoring system can be installed on Traffic Warning Trailers.



- Traffic Warning Trailer Signaling part can be made with a single button with automatic lifting system upon request.



- By adding work area lighting projections to Traffic Warning Trailers, the same product can be used for both directing the traffic and lighting the work area.
